In collaboration, partners have this new paper out on: Offshore solar farms as habitats for Mytilus edulis: A preliminary modelling study on mussel growth, distribution, chlorophyll-a uptake and bio-deposition in the North Sea. M. Nalmpanti, T. Dinandra, M. Maar, J. Larsen, B. Vlaswinkel

 The paper acknowledges OLAMUR since it also touches multi-use combining solar panels with OWF. It look at the effects of mussels colonising the panels, so not LTA, but some similar effects.

“Offshore solar minimizes competition for land while also enabling co-locating with other offshore infrastructure such as wind farms, contributing to multi-use of the sea space and leaving ultimately more space undisturbed for nature or available for other activities (Maar et al., 2023a). Especially the concept of integrating offshore solar within wind farms.”
